This Diploma of Leadership and Management reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Recognition: Nationally recognised - meets Australian Qualifications, Framework standards
Study mode: 15 Face-to-face contact hours at BCA National premises + 5 hours online per week.
Location: Sydney or Darwin campus
Study load: 4 terms [10 weeks each + holidays] 12 months full time equivalent.
Assessment: Assessment method includes, short answer, scenario and case study, project work and extended answer as well as work placement, on the job assessment as per the practical placement log book.
Price per term: $1,550
Inclusions: All learning materials and vocation/industry work placement provided
Prerequisites: 18 years or older at time of application - IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
Required: Access to computer (internet and emails), basic computer skills

BCA National has four intakes a year:
- Intake dates for 2018 are 29 January, 23 April, 16 July, 8 October.
Each intake marks the start of a new term. One term is 10 weeks of study followed by a 2-week break in between terms with an additional 4-week break over Christmas and New year holidays.
- During term, each course meets for at least 20 hours a week of training.
