General purpose:

Positioning the human resources area in strategic business functions based on a coherent articulation of its processes and the visualization of its impact on the company's results.

  1. He will be able to translate the requests of his internal clients into a project that contains unified solutions through the design and execution of Human Resources practices.

  1. Professionals who occupy managerial, coordination or analysts positions in areas or departments of Human Resources.

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's degree completed
  2. Basic knowledge about the rights and obligations of workers in Mexico, according to the Federal Labor Law.
  3. Work experience, minimum of six months in companies that allow you to distinguish the function that meets the area of ​​Human Resources.
