Introduction
Software Engineering (Software Testing) is designed to develop the software development process's competencies that involve the synchronized application of a broad spectrum of defect prevention and detection strategies to reduce software development risks, time, and costs. Software Engineering (Software Testing) can also provide an objective, independent view of the software to allow the business to appreciate and understand the risks of software implementation. Test techniques include executing a program or application with the intent of finding software bugs (errors or other defects) and verifying that the software product is fit for use. It is performed by the software developer or software engineer during the construction phase of the software development lifecycle. Development Testing aims to eliminate construction errors before code is promoted to another testing; this strategy is intended to increase the quality of the resulting software and the efficiency of the overall development process. Software Engineering (Software Testing) will develop essential knowledge and skills to use software development life cycle combining software testing principles based on defined software development and testing industry standard and regulation that is still evolving.
