Program Description

The Diploma in Marketing Management comprises compulsory modules and elective modules.

This diploma consists of 17 modules and is structured as follows:

Year 1

  • MAR101 - Marketing 1 (20 credits)
  • BC101 - Business Communication 1 (20 credits)
  • BM101 - Business Management 1 (20 credits)
  • ECO101 - Economics 1 (20 credits)
  • FM101 - Financial Management 1 (20 credits)
  • SAM001 - Sales Management 1 (20 credits)

Year 2

  • MAR202 - Marketing 2 (20 credits)
  • BMR201 - Basic Marketing Research 2 (20 credits)
  • BM202 - Business Management 2 (20 credits)
  • FM201 - Financial Management 2 (20 credits)
  • MC201 - Marketing Communications 2 (20 credits)
  • Elective (20 credits)

Year 3

  • MAR303 - Marketing 3 (20 credits)
  • IAM301 - International and Africa Marketing 3 (20 credits)
  • WIL301 - Work Integrated Learning 3 (40 credits)
  • Two electives (40 credits)
