Introduction

Electronics & Information Technology programme equips students with a profound knowledge and skills of electronic circuits and systems knowledge of telecommunications and computer-controlled systems needed to meet the 21 st century industrial demands. The student will be able to design and build electronic and computer-based systems, thus preparing them for work in the high-tech industry. Students will acquire more in-depth knowledge and practical application of microprocessor, interface design, microcontroller systems, local area network, radio frequency (RF), telecommunication system, data communications system and network administration. Besides, the programme also integrates communicative and thinking skills, project management, entrepreneurship, learning and interpersonal skills so that the students are prepared to face the rapid changes in IT technology.
