The Business administration diploma will help students develop a successful career by establishing solid skills and knowledge in various business administration functions throughout the program. Students will learn foundations of business functions such as management, accounting, marketing, communication & organizational behavior. Furthermore, students will take advanced courses that would give them sold background on specializations such as finance, investment, strategic management, international business & economics.

Program Objective

The program is designed to prepare students to take management & administrative positions in various industries. That would include managers in retail stores, financial specialists, marketing coordinators, supervisors, market analysts and much more.

A core part of this Co-op course is the work experience component, which forms an integral part of our students’ overall educational journey. This is the final part of the program and enables students to work alongside industry professionals within their respective fields. Students will be able to apply key concepts that they have learned in class, into the real work environment. While it is necessary to learn management theory in class, there simply cannot be any value placed on real work experience.

Completion of this work experience component is mandatory in order to graduate from our programs. Students will receive guidance and preparation during their time in campus, from their instructors and other college staff, so that they will be ready when their co-ops begin. While students are in their work experience terms, they will have the chance to meet new faces in the workforce and be able to build and expand on their current network. Creating a solid network as well as adding real experience to your resume can be the key to finding a fulfilling future career.
