|Weeks 1–2: Programming Python||Weeks 3–4: Introduction to Data Analytics|
|Study practical applications in Python including general programming for the web, systems administration, text handling, and object-oriented programming. You also get the opportunity to study examples of useful working programs.
||Get an overview of advanced Excel, SQL, and R to perform analysis on huge sets of data. Learn the theory behind formulating statistical models by using regression analysis. You also study segmentation theory and methods such as k-means clustering that are used for data mining and analysis.|
|Weeks 5–6: Introduction to Databases||Weeks 7–8: Data Analytics and Visualization|
|Study the fundamentals and components of databases, including data structures and relationships. You then apply that knowledge to access databases using Microsoft Access form-based queries, followed by Structured Query Language (SQL) queries using DBMS products such as MySQL and Oracle. You then pay particular attention to database design follows, including the database life cycle, the normalization process, and a survey of common data structure patterns.||Learn techniques to effectively produce actionable reports and visualizations from data and data sets. You research data sets from a variety of business disciplines using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Google Analytics. Through hands-on exercises, you leverage statistical, data-querying, and dashboard tools to create products that accurately convey crucial business trends and themes.|
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from an accredited institution.
