The Spring Italian Contemporary Design and Trends semester program is designed to offer participants a practical study of Italian design, revolving around a number of shows and fairs that exhibit the best of the Italian design system: the Salone del Mobile furniture show in Milan and the Design Week that follows; the Salone Satellite, Euroluce, International Bathroom Exhibition and the International Home Furnishings Expo. The Spring Italian Contemporary Design and Trends semester program is designed to offer participants a practical study of Italian design, revolving around a number of shows and fairs that exhibit the best of the Italian design system: the Salone del Mobile furniture show in Milan and the Design Week that follows; the Salone Satellite, Euroluce, International Bathroom Exhibition and the International Home Furnishings Expo.

Throughout the semester, students will be engaged in developing technical and critical skills in the classroom and inside the main trade fairs that highlight the Italian design experience.
