The course is delivered either over two full days, or over evenings and weekends, which enables students to continue to work or to undertake further study. This is a practical course, which aims to develop students contemporary dance technique and performance skills. Each week students will participate in 11 practical classes: 6 contemporary technique dance classes; 2 classical ballet technique classes; 2 body conditioning classes (such as pilates or yoga); and 1 creative/choreography class.
