This is a 2-day workshop structured around a real case study problem. The delegates will work in teams on the case study and be challenged to make sense of data and not jump to conclusions. Its fun role play type learning environment.

At the end of the workshop, delegates will have the confidence and way of thinking to ensure problems are tackled in a systematic way.

The process for achieving this level 3 qualification You complete the e-learning course or classroom (Please note we also consider recognized prior learning) You register with Coaching For Change and pay the qualification and support fee. Photo ID will be required. You complete the A3 for your project (including sign off from your sponsor) and upload it to the Learning Management System. You complete the Coaching For Change online assessment (Presenting your A3 PPS online) We submit your work to the ILM for verifying. This qualification is designed to support leaders in the development of management coaching and mentoring skills, as well as helping them to identify the links between coaching, mentoring and the achievement of business goals.

What Does The ILM Level 5 Coaching Qualification Involve?

This qualification can be gained through two approaches:

7 days of classroom learning; A blend of three days of classroom learning and then additional time spent learning via an internal portal at your own convenience.

Whichever of these approaches you take you will be required to spend 12 hours of your time coaching within your organization, building up the practical experience of coaching and logging your work.... [-]
