Intensive English (ESL) Day Program - 25 hours per week 12 English levels, plus TOEFL preparation Monday-Friday, 25 hours per week ILI’s offers intensive English day classes in two locations: Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C. and Gaithersburg in Maryland. In Washington, D.C. we offer 12 different 4-week levels, ranging from beginner to university level, plus an 8-week TOEFL preparation course. Each class includes instruction in the following areas: Listening, speaking, grammar, reading and writing. Schedule Intensive English classes in Washington, D.C., including the TOEFL preparation class, meet 5 class hours per day, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 2:10 pm, including a 15 minute morning break and a 45 minute lunch break. Start Dates New classes begin officially every 4 weeks. However, students may actually enter the program any Monday. A placement test allows us to place the student at the appropriate level. Advancement At the end of each four week cycle, a student may pass to the next level if he/she has a grade average of 70% and an attendance average of 80%. Coaching for Development is a classroom-based, custom-designed program for delivery to organizations, and can be offered to all levels from first-line managers to senior executives. The program effectively builds coaching skills for the organization's leaders, enhances initiatives aimed at managing change, and fosters a climate of organizational learning. The program can teach coaching skills to a general audience, or can be targeted to the organization's internal coaches in the human resources and organization development areas. This research-driven model of coaching is a custom-built, one-on-one developmental experience for the mid- to senior-level executive who is preparing for a greater scope of responsibility or who needs to make a leap forward in leadership capability. Executive Leadership Coaching provides a complete discovery, alignment, assessment, feedback and coaching package. Format

A custom assessment package that typically includes personality and style surveys, 360-degree feedback instruments and telephone interviews with selected work colleagues. In-person feedback and goal-setting sessions. May include a boss-alignment session between the coach, coachee, and the supervisor to cement agreement on developmental goals. Ongoing coaching utilizing a variety of media that could include: telephone, in-person, video, or on-line contact.
