Theatre studies

Ideal for individuals with a strong interest in theatrical arts or performance, theatre courses are not limited to theatre majors in a Bachelors or Masters program. Many theatre courses are available to returning students with a personal or professional interest, for whom additional academic qualifications in theatre could benefit their career. In addition to the direct professional applications of lessons learned in theatre courses, in acting, set design, lighting, scriptwriting and production design, there are also concrete applications in almost any business sector for lessons in communication, body language, creative thinking and design.

Theatre courses last for anywhere from a few days to a semester or more, making them suitable to a very wide range of prospective students. Offered on a full time or part time basis, theatre courses are available at universities in several different countries around the world. Theatre courses often focus on a particular aspect of the discipline, such as production design, performance, costume design and more. More information can be requested about any specific theatre course by contacting the university using a quick and easy web form on the information page.
