One subject students can focus on is plant sciences. What is a course in plant sciences? This area of study centers on the study of plants, and is fairly broad in its scope. Students will have the chance to learn, for example, how different plants respond to pathogens, climate change and predators.  Curriculum generally involves instruction and fieldwork in botany, cell biology and soil studies.
