A program in LGBTQ studies looks at the sociological and psychological basis of the marginalized individual in society. Course work may also include the politics of empowerment, a history of marginalization, and a look at modern integration.

Courses are academic classes taught by qualified instructors that are intended to enhance participant’s knowledge of a given area or training in a particular discipline. Courses vary broadly in terms of length, size, content and duration.
