Welcome to University of Southern Indiana's (USI) Intensive English Program (IEP)! We are happy to help you with any questions and have you here in the heartland of America! The Intensive English Program (IEP) at USI offers a curriculum designed for students of all levels of English proficiency based on students' needs and interests. As an IEP student, you will have the opportunity to learn side-by-side with students from all over the world in a quality English language program staffed with expert instructors. The Intensive English Program (IEP) at NWTC is designed to prepare students for the academic language demands of college-level coursework. The IEP offers two levels of English instruction: Intermediate and Advanced. Students attend class 4 hours daily in Listening/Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Grammar. Students also have access to the language lab for independent study and practice in the afternoon. The IEP instructors have many years of experience and have lived and/or taught extensively in other countries.

The Santiago Canyon College (SCC) English Language Program (ELP) is an intensive English program designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced level international (F-1) students looking to improve their English skills in preparation for study at U.S. colleges and universities. The program is designed for students who have some knowledge of English.
The ELP is both a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)-preparatory and academically oriented. These classes are offered through a 16-week semester (Fall & Spring semesters), and an 8-week session (Summer session). Each session consists of 20 hours of instruction per week.

The Intensive English Program is designed for foreign students and residents preparing to enter American colleges or universities. Classes meet 20 hours per week for 16 weeks and provide instruction in all English skills and TOEFL preparation, as well as an introduction to other academic disciplines. The Intensive English Program is fee-based and is offered at the Indian Valley Campus only. Part-time programs(6 or 12 hours) are available for residents, as well as shorter eight-week programs. Students do not receive college credit for the program.

Welcome to UCM’s English Language Institute (ELI). We offer an academic Intensive English Program (need link to IEP) and short-term, specialized cultural programming for students at the University of Central Missouri.
