You will negotiate your assignment with your tutor, ensuring a fit between your circumstances and your employment context. If your job description includes a junior or middle management dimension, you would be expected to analyse and evaluate your own HRM skills in the light of your own experiences in addition to what you have learned, indicating areas for improvement.
