Hispanic studies involves learning about the culture of people living in Spanish-speaking countries. It can also include learning how to speak the Spanish language. Students of Hispanic studies may pursue careers as tour guides, translators or interpreters.

Uganda hosts the oldest university in the East and Central Africa, which is Makerere University. This university has been the center of academic excellence for several decades for not only Ugandans students but also other students in the region. Uganda has over 30 public universities.

Courses are academic classes taught by qualified instructors that are intended to enhance participant’s knowledge of a given area or training in a particular discipline. Courses vary broadly in terms of length, size, content and duration.

Part time learning allows one to obtain part-time degrees even if one cannot attend school on a full-time basis. One can learn at his or own pace, gradually accumulating credits which count towards final qualification.
