You can usually take higher education courses if you’re 18 or older. Medical technology often encompasses a wide range of disciplines and learning. It is usually heavily research focused. Students may find they have a variety of options upon graduation. Medical technicians may be found working in laboratories, research posts, teaching, public health or pharmaceuticals.
