Each program is four academic quarters (44 academic weeks) in length and includes externships as an integral part of learning. These programs are not eligible for Title IV funding (financial aid). Customer Service Specialist Program – 1 Year/44 weeks Tuition – $4,700 per year or $1,175 per quarter Book Fee and Supply Fee – $90 per quarter The Customer Service Specialist program offers advanced development and training in professional and business-related skills.
