FTEJerez developed a unique testing system and in April 2010 became the first organisation to be formally approved by the UK CAA to conduct English Language Proficiency (ELP) testing. As well as being at the forefront of English language testing, FTEJerez has developed an Aviation English course to enable potential cadets to obtain ICAO level 4 standard. Specifically designed for those cadets who have an insufficient level of English, FTEJerez can offer this 11-week Intensive Aviation English course delivered at our campus. Contents Focused Grammar/Structure Vocabulary Pronunciation Aviation Vocabulary Functional English in Aviation context Spelling Role-play Communicative activities Simulations Reading comprehension Listening comprehension Language games Writing Classes will run from 9.00 – 14.00 every day. Everyday means Mon to Fri inclusive; Weekends are free of lessons. Classes will be 4 hours per day in the classroom with occasional 15 minutes breaks. Students will be required to complete homework/worksheets/projects set which cover another 2 hours per day 5 days a week. They will also have the opportunity to sit in on ground school classes later in the course.
