You can usually take higher education courses if you’re 18 or older. With courses focused on physics, engineering and mathematics, aeronautical engineering programs are designed to teach students the skills necessary to design aircraft. Programs may also be called aerospace engineering and will often include additional courses in mechanics and computers.
