Goal

At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • to present a subject serenely in front of an audience by relying on techniques of actor,
  • federate the public and stimulate a positive dynamic,
  • to reinforce their oral, bodily and emotional expressions.

Scene I: The non-verbal aspect of the expression

  • Stress: Stage fright is your ally
  • Verticality: standing up straight is already holding your audience
  • The look: your eyes are at the same time a radar, a laser and a mirror
  • Breathing: a permanent ally
  • The voice: be in the mood
  • The expression: your face is your interpreter, let it express itself
  • The gesture: the gesture is the punctuation of the idea
  • Displacement: inhabit the space

Scene II: The verbal aspect of the expression

  • Verbal fluidity
  • Imaginary, presence to the other
  • Adaptation to the unexpected thanks to improvisation techniques
  • Estimate your audience and adapt your speech so that the presentation reaches the objectives set
  • Create an empathic dynamic
