A Highly Compressed and Upgraded Program for Business Managers
Business managers, as team leaders, are pressured by company objectives and difficult business targets. How do they face the rapidly changing external environment? How do they develop a broad and comprehensive management perspective? How can they transform and adapt to the new ways of thinking for business success? How can they deal with the pressure from the organization management? These are the questions business managers have to think about.
Program for Managers Development focuses on providing comprehensive and integrated management knowledge, upgrading managers’ ability to find and solve the problems, attempting to help the managers renovate their conventional thinking and logic, dealing with organizational issues at different levels, and improving their management skills.
The participants well fit for this program include managing personnel in the transition from technical management to integrated management and key staffs with great potential for promotion to management positions
The one-month full-time program involves a variety of ways for delivery, including learning modules, classroom lectures and seminars, case discussions, experiential training and study reports, providing a lively platform for participants to brainstorm issues, exchange views, bring out potentials for the development of leadership and foresight.

The program consists of four teaching modules:
1. Business operation and management of managers
Based on the analysis of marketing, human resources, financial accounting and other management functions, the program participants focus on the fundamental issues and difficulties in business operations and learn about the principles, art and skills of modern management.
2. Managers’ decision-making ability and implementation
Addressing the most common decision-making problems, the program participants go through a process of familiarizing themselves with the scientific decision-making methods and practical tools to analyze and solve business problems. They explore how they can implement differentiation strategies, optimize work processes and raise productivity and efficiency through innovation in management methods and styles.
3. Managers’ leadership and team building
Focusing on a change of roles from handling things to managing people, the program participants learn how they should understand the relationship between individuals and organization, how they can manage their own emotional factors in the workplace and enhance their ability to manage and control on the organizational level, so that they can improve their leadership and team work.
4. Development of managers’ way of thinking and perspectives
Looking into the macro-economic and business environment, the program participants learn and understand overall functions of the organization and how individuals can fit into an organizational environment. They also learn how to build up their abilities to lead and manage in a systemic approach.
