The producer is not only the organizer of the project, the link between all stages of filmmaking, but also is responsible for distributing the film, and hence its fate and success with the audience. Profession requires possession of organizational skills, responsibility, communication skills, leadership qualities. All this together with the professional conduct of the project will become a producer of the movie box office.
Educational program at the Faculty aimed at a comprehensive study of the specifics of all stages of filmmaking, financial and legal conduct of the project and the idea of working with investors to distribution of the film at the box office. Each semester is dedicated to the study of one of the four stages of filmmaking: screenwriting, preparation, filming and post-production periods. Beginning with the first semester, students not only learn the theory, but also hone skills by working with the real stuff.
Aim of the Course
Educational program aimed at creating a specialist to guide the complete production cycle and the subsequent distribution of the film project.
Each semester is dedicated to the study of one of the four stages of filmmaking: screenwriting, preparation, shooting and post-production periods. Beginning with the first semester, students not only learn the theory, but also hone skills by working with the real stuff. At the end of each semester pitching projects conducted with the participation of representatives of the film industry. During the course students interact with other departments, working on joint projects, attend general workshops lecturers from industry for the organization which otvechaetTsentr career.
After graduation, the student receives a diploma of secondary vocational education in "Producing" and based student goes to practice in one of the leading film companies.
Part time: 16 academic hours per week (2 pm on weekdays and one full day off).
For admission to the school must complete an application form and successfully pass an interview.
Date of entrance test
In 2014, interviews will be held in three streams in July, August and September. Exact dates will be given no later than March 30.
