Overview

During this year, the students are taught the fundamental aspects of the aesthetic and technical parameters of frame, sound and new media with more than 1 110 hours of instruction, including eight weeks of internship.

This program is designed to give an extensive hand on technical equipment used in the film industry but also a strong theoretical background on film. The students will have the opportunity to practice during workshop sessions, have more experience through internships and of course to write, direct and shoot their own short movies for a deeper appreciation and knowledge of the filmmaking industry.

This intensive program gives the student a global vision of the different jobs needed to achieve a film, to be able to choose one of them and to be more comfortable and professional for his personal projects.

This year includes an optional French language program. The graduates with a good level of French will be able to enroll directly in the second year of the 3-year program in Brussels or Nice.
