Goal

At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • to clarify their role, their responsibilities and their added value in order to relay the objectives and the stakes of the company towards the middle management,
  • to develop their strategic vision to be meaningful and cohesive,
  • to support the development of their managers,
  • manage the activity and the transversal subjects of their managers without short-circuiting them,
  • to develop their leadership and mobilize actors to lead the strategy and projects of their unit.

Build the vision of your team in relation to corporate strategy

  • Define the clear and shared representation of the added value of a manager's manager
  • Identify the responsibilities of managers of managers and become aware of their leadership style
  • Acquire the fundamentals of the strategic analysis of its activity
  • Build and impulse a managerial strategy linked to the company's strategy

Develop leadership and inspire commitment

  • Become aware of the influence of managerial behaviors on teams to achieve the objectives of their team
  • Formulate mobilizing messages for all of its teams
  • Establish the framework for cooperation and commitment of its teams

Accompany his managers

  • To advance his collaborators on their behavior in a constructive way by arousing the desire to change (be concise and precise, take into account his emotions)
  • Develop co-construction exchanges
  • Learn to take into account your own emotions and those of your interlocutor to conduct a motivating exchange
  • Thinking with your interlocutor without going into a controversy and bringing concrete solutions

Lead the activity with his teams and create synergy

  • Prepare to address the topic of behavioral maintenance
  • Develop the capacity for factual analysis, observe dysfunctions affecting the overall effectiveness of the unit
  • Formulate the axis of progress in a precise and constructive way
  • Being able to formulate a hypothesis about the functioning logic of a person
  • Become aware of the impact of your behavior on the level of synergy of your teams
