Course - Adobe Photoshop (Basic)To develop a basic appreciation for digital imaging, image manipulation and poster design through the use of Adobe Photoshop. This course also introduces learners to the very basics, tools and techniques to create bitmap and image base graphics. What Will You Learn During the Lessons? Lesson 1: • Introduction to Photoshop • User interface tools • File formats • Bitmap Vs Vector • Resolution and Image Sizing • Selection • Artboard and Canvas SizeLesson 2: • Bitmap Graphics • Introduction to Layers and Concepts • Arranging for images using layers • Basic cropping of imagesLesson 3: • Brightness & Contrast • Levels and Curves • Colours Adjustments • Combining images • Feathering • Collage techniquesLesson 4: • Typing in Photoshop • Final Examination/EvaluationComputer Facilities Students will be provided with desktop computers during the duration of this course Fee Applicable Programme course fee – $320 Registration and certification fee – $50 Mode of payment: Cash or cheque to be made payable to first Media Professional Learning Centre Pte Ltd.’ Duration Total lesson hours – 12 hours Classes are subject to availability
