The Diploma in Cooking masters advanced culinary techniques that apply to almost any style of cooking. Explore French culinary traditions, global cuisines, and current trends.
The Cooking Diploma is awarded to the student who has successfully completed the Basic, Intermediate, and Superior levels. You can only enroll in one level (for example Basic Cooking Certificate) and continue to the next level later (in a limited period of time). Even with previous professional experience, you will need to start with the basic level of cooking before moving on to the next. You will receive a Certificate for each level completed. Subsequently, after successfully completing the Diploma in Cooking and Diploma in Pastry, you will receive Le Grand Diplôme®, which is the highest excellence of Le Cordon Bleu International.
