The technician/manufacturing associate will develop foundational skills and understanding in electronics, robotics, motors, motor drives, and programmable logic controllers. Basic troubleshooting strategies will be developed on an automated manufacturing line.

THE PROGRAM We’ve designed our Mechatronics program to be very flexible by pairing online coursework with labs that can be scheduled at your convenience. ASU Mid-South offers multiple Certificates of Proficiency in Mechatronics covering electrical, mechanical, maintenance and troubleshooting. You can also earn an AAS degree in General Technology with an emphasis on Mechatronics.
