Introduction
The Drucker School Executive Certificate Program is designed to help you sharpen your management skills and increase your effectiveness as a leader. You will be given the opportunity to discuss issues that you and your organization are facing, with people from various industries and disciplines. This program will provide new tools and insights, based on your real-world experiences. Because we attract a diverse student population - from corporate, private, government, and non-profit backgrounds - there is a greater depth of learning that occurs through the varied perspectives presented and the unique synergy that occurs in the classroom.
Certificates are groupings of two to four classes in a related area of study. You can choose to access to the latest knowledge in our expert competencies ”Strategy and Leadership” or have the option of updating critical management skills through the General Management Certificate:
Certificate in General Management - gives you added tools in quantitative methods, accounting and corporate finance. It's tailored format, drawing on core courses, is the perfect foundation for the Executive MBA.
We find that for some students, the Certificate Program is an ideal way to get acquainted with our Executive ManagementProgram. If you are unsure whether you want to commit to the full Executive MBA, or youjust want to gain knowledge in a few key areas of management, the Certificate Programsare a good choice. The classes you will take for the Certificate will directly apply to your degree if you later decide that the Executive MBA is right for you. We are happy to say that over 90% of our Certificate students decide to continue on in one of our Degree Programs.
