Increase your skills and learn how to perform advanced diagnostic operations in the automotive retail, service and repair industries. Discover how to service and repair the mechanical parts of motor vehicles including the engine, transmission (clutch, gear box and differential), and suspension systems (steering, brakes, wheels and tyres). You will also learn how to diagnose and perform repairs to the ignition, electronic engine management and electrical systems of motor vehicles.

- Academic Requirements: Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent) with sound achievements in Maths and English. Non-school-leavers must have relevant work experience or qualification that indicates likely success of course completion. Students should be a minimum of 18 years of age.
