What's the difference between award, certificate, and diploma?
The certificate is the most popular and the course is designed to meet the learning requirements. Diploma level is an extra 3 days of training and an additional 200 hours of learning.
CMI qualifications come with three different certifications:
Award is the shortest and most concise qualification – typically takes between 1 and 3 months. (one assignment)
Certificate provides a broad base of knowledge and skills – typically takes between 3 and 12 months. (Two assignments)
Diploma provides a comprehensive and extensive programme of learning - typically takes between 9 and 18 months. (Six assignments)

Discounts are applied to bookings for more than one person. This is applied automatically as part of the booking process (starting at 12% for two persons and up to 32% for 12 persons). Please contact us if you need to discuss payment options.
Delegate cancellations are refunded: 100% if notified no less than 4 weeks of the course start date, 50% if notified no less than 2 weeks of the course date, 25% if notified no less than 1 week of the course start date. We accommodate changes to different dates wherever possible to avoid you incurring costs of cancellation.
