Who Should Attend
If you are new to your role as manager, or if you want to reinforce your understanding of fundamental management principles, Basic Management: The Newly Appointed Manager has been designed for you. Participants of this program typically have three years or less of management experience.
Learning Objectives
In this program, you will focus on the changes you will encounter in your transition from managee to manager. You will learn the successful practices used in managing both operational activities and individual employees. Throughout the two and a half-day session, you will develop a broad understanding of current managerial techniques, with special emphasis on working with people as the key to managerial success.
