Who Should Attend
If you are new to your role as manager, or if you want to reinforce your understanding of fundamental management principles, Basic Management: The Newly Appointed Manager has been designed for you. Participants of this program typically have three years or less of management experience.
Learning Objectives

You will learn the successful practices used in managing both operational activities and individual employees.
