Seminar Objectives:

The Balanced Scorecard Approach to Performance Management seminar is primarily intended for people who will be using The Balanced Scorecard methodologies in their workplace. Upon completion of this course you will be able to:

* Discuss the issues creating the need for The Balanced Scorecard Methodology
* Define, compare, and contrast The Balanced Scorecard Methodology to traditional financial reporting methodologies.
* Define and give examples of lagging performance indicators
* Discuss how to identify leading performance indicators
