Introduction
A practical course where you can learn the techniques, bases, and fundamentals with which you can make different types of bread. This course includes the types, properties, combinations, and applications of bread in various regions of France and the world.
All classes are taught in Spanish.
We have 2 School Cycles in the year: July and September.
Schedule
The Bakery schedule is based on classes of approximately 24 practical hours per week. The calendar and hours are detailed in the information of each Certificate.
