Kensington & Chelsea College have introduced a fast track Award in Education and Training course for those who intend to be teachers, trainers or instructors of adults. The course is also suitable for those who currently occupy such roles and wish to improve their practice. The ‘blended’ method of delivery (3 in-house days spread over an 8/9 week period combined with on-line learning) has proven to be a very popular option for those who find it difficult to attend class on a weekly basis due to personal commitments. This City & Guilds accredited course is offered Level 3 and is the minimum requirement for those teaching in the publicly funded provision.
