Associate Degree of Hospitality Management
The Associate Degree of Hospitality Management has been designed to provide social and personal development, as well as intermediate-level strategies and practical knowledge in the disciplines of Hospitality, Tourism, Facilities Management, Rooms Division Management, Food and Beverage Operations Management and Special Events Management with the ability to apply these concepts in a variety of workplace environments.
The aim of this course is to provide a paraprofessional hospitality qualification that equips graduates with the underpinning practical and theoretical knowledge for a career in a range of hospitality environments or provide eligible graduates seamless articulation into further studies at university.
Please note that the Diploma of Business - Higher Education (H419) is the first year of the Associate Degree of Business, the Associate Degree of Fashion Business and the Associate Degree of Hospitality Management.
