Associate Degree of Fashion Business
This course will help you to develop a wide range of business skills and learn the knowledge you will need to work within the fashion industry. By studying this program you will learn about the need for sustainable design and production processes, demonstrate understanding of the social, cultural, global, ethical and environmental issues relating to the designer fashion industry; apply technological systems relating to marketing, and fashion production and demonstrate an appreciation and application of entrepreneurial practices and innovation within the designer fashion industry.
The course structure and assessments have been specifically designed to incorporate a high degree of industry involvement. This will ensure that graduates acquire the relevant skills and knowledge required in the current labour market.
Students who do not meet the Year 12 entry requirements can choose to study either a Business or Fashion pathway beforehand. Please refer to pathways for more information.
