Program Description

Georgian Aviation University initiates educational process from October 2017 on following vocational programs: “Flight Exploitation of Aircraft (Commercial pilot of helicopter)“; “Aircraft Maintenance (B1.1)” and “Aircraft Maintenance (B.2)

Implementation of mentioned vocational education programs became possible after Georgian Aviation University became a contest winner of Millennium Challenge Account – Georgia (MCA) and Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) project called Industry-Led Skills and Workforce Development (ISWD). Within framework of the project implementation vocational education programs and educational material-technical base were developed according to standards and requirements of European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA)

After successful graduation from the educational program, graduates shall be able to get employed at partner companies of Georgian Aviation University operating within the civil aviation sector.

Prerequisite:

  • Certificate of school education (12 years)
  • English language certificate (B2) or passing English language exam at the University
  • Medical documentation №IV -100/A

Duration of Education: 2 years

Teaching language: English

Potential Employers:
Georgian and International Air companies, Airports, Technical maintenance organizations, Aviation factories, Educational Institutions

Average salary: 500 – 1500 $
