Program Description
This program will prepare you for employment and/or transfer to a baccalaureate program in the areas of agriculture and natural resource management. You will have the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to assess natural and renewable resources, in addition to collecting, applying, and analyzing data using a variety of methods. Students will be provided the opportunity to participate in an internship and hands-on experiences at the college farm and another area of agricultural and resource agencies.
Students who complete the Associate in Applied Science in Agriculture and Natural Resources will:
- Apply natural science concepts to Ag/Natural Resources issues.
- Apply the scientific method.
