About Us

Accord Worldwide is an international development and training firm. We provide services with a passion to bring about change in the grass root level. We come from various cultural and geographical backgrounds to make a diverse team connected by a shared vision and mission.

No matter a for profit firm, a government administration or a non-profit organization, development interventions need similar approach. What makes us unique in the industry is the rich experience of mixed expertise and solutions. Many times a development work happens in front line with beneficiaries and plans/policies are made in headquarters. Although the bottom-top initiatives are there, but they are almost always used on project-basis. Hence there is a gap between learning (in headquarter level) and action (in grass root level). We bridge this by delivering services/solutions as well as training and capacity building. This approach ensures that theories (offered in training’s) are based on ground realities and projects (implemented in field) meet accepted standards.

On the other hand, the master minds behind Accord Worldwide believe development on the contrary to emergency and relief is more of a solid results production and must be adding on accumulated achievements. We are promoters of self sustainable inclusive approaches that encompasses public private partnerships and interests.
