The Integrated Business Strategy Forum for Latin America program focuses on the factors that need to be taken into account when a company decides to internationalize its business in Latin America. It deals with themes such as the Latin American context and its impact on business management, identifying opportunities, knowledge of markets, and the role of leadership in both cross-cultural and knowledge management within this context.
The program is the product of an alliance among schools from four countries: Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Brazil. Thus, it is possible to gather knowledge from several cultures and analyze their specificities in search of efficient strategies for Latin American markets.
