The 24-week Program is designed for students who wish to pursue a career in photography, with a particular emphasis on photos destined for art galleries.
The first part of this program allows students to obtain credits for the Titre de Photographe RNCP level 1 or the European Master.
Part I / January to May:
The first part (January to May), comprises — as all intensive programs at Speos — the core courses, which cover all aspects of professional photography: photojournalism, studio photography, computer imaging and printing techniques, visual identity, as well as the history of photography.
Part II / June to July:
Then, during two months, the program focuses on ancient procedures (Daguerrotype and Collodion) as well as the conception and finalization of framed prints that are to be presented in art galleries (specialization modules). Participants also attend the opening week of the Rencontres d’Arles, while continuing their their personal work within the studio.
