The International Hotel & Tourism Management Executive Diploma of the London Centre of Management (LCM) is an Advanced, Post-Graduate Diploma specifically meant for those who have either already gained a recognised diploma / degree, or they have substantial working experience and now wish to study a course that prepares them for a senior management position in Hospitality, Catering or the Travel Industry.
Studies are problem centred, encouraging participants to bring together all that they have learnt from this course as well as previous courses and any relevant work experience so far. Ultimately, the course aspires to meet the demanding needs of highly motivated, experienced, well educated people in the Hotel, Catering & Travel sectors, and as such, it will emphasize during the course on those aspects which are essential for effective senior management within the industry. The main focus of the course is on subjects such as Management Theory and Business Strategy, Tourism Marketing, Total Quality Management, Food & Beverage Management and Hotel Operations and Management.
