Diploma of Hospitality and Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
This qualification is for people who want to develop sound knowledge of industry operations and a broad range of managerial skills needed to coordinate hospitality operations. You will learn to operate independently, have responsibility for others and make a range of operational business decisions.
This course is also offered as a 'fast track' program and will be delivered intensively over a shorter duration for the October intake.
- While there is no formal academic entry requirement for this course, for student visa purposes you may be required to show successful completion of anacademic qualification equivalent to Year 10 or Year 12
