The Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery qualification reflects the role of commercial cooks who use a wide range of cookery skills.
This qualification provides you with a pathway to work as a commercial cook in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafes, cafeterias and coffee shops.
Course Entry Requirements
- While there is no formal academic entry requirement for this course, for student visa purposes you may be required to show successful completion of an academic qualification equivalent to Year 12, or Year 10.
- Academic IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL (iBT) 46 or Certificate 3 in Advanced English for Further Study at TAFE NSW or equivalent.
