(Fundamental Module)

Technical and functional managers of today are being pressured to take on the challenges of Project Management. This program is designed to give you an accelerated understanding of the practice. The module will help you navigate and survive the transition from technical and/ or functional manager to a project manager.

This 4-day module has identified the minimum requirements that are necessary to use The PMI© Project Management Body of Knowledge as a simple tool for project managers.

This module may be the best-designed, most easily understood project management workshop on the market today. Project managers will welcome this fresh translation of jargon into ordinary English.

Managing Multiple Projects and Stakeholders

(Intermediate Module)

Leadership and Change Management

The ultimate challenge for technical and functional managers is to become the best leaders they can be. To provide them with the tools to address this challenge, this course combines Leadership Skills and Change Management Skills. It covers three areas:

Managing Multiple Projects

In the past, most project management workshops have focused on managing one project, but in today's increasingly busy and stressful world, it has become necessary to calmly and efficiently manage more than one project - often several projects - successfully at the same time. This learned skill is valuable not only for project managers, but also for anyone responsible for the successful outcome of multiple projects, whether it is at the office or in the home.

Project Stakeholder Satisfaction

When full compliance to scope, time and cost is not achievable, when project quality and risk are hard to manage, a savvy project manager achieves project success with one last effort. That is project stakeholder satisfaction.

We are asked to do less with more and attempt to meet all the various stakeholders' challenging needs. The expectations of stakeholders are like colors in a rainbow. Project Communication and Human Resource Management goes hand-in-hand as they directly interface with people. This workshop is designed to provide you with a strong insight into project communication systems like PM Information Systems, Project Reporting, Project Update, Project Communication Planning, Project Organizational Breakdown Structure, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, and other highly efficient tools while driving internally the principles that guides these tools.

Project Risk and Quality Management

Complex systems and high-stakes projects inherently possess risks and demands high quality results. This workshop focuses on the two intertwined Project Management Knowledge Areas and applies the Knowledge, Techniques, and Tools in real-life project environments.

From Risk Management Planning to Risk Mitigation and Control, this workshop shares the principles solidly to the participants while empowering with tools for immediate deployment in projects.

The Quality Management Knowledge area of the project helps concretely in bridging the gap between Project Scope compliance and high quality results.

Building a High-Performance Project Organization

(Advanced Module)

Many organizations seek for the link between strategy and execution. This module is designed to provide the roadmap and competencies necessary to create a successful project management organization.

In this module, we will explore how companies manage and implement strategy in a projectized environment. We also look in the model that describes how to create a high-performing project management organization.
