It is designed to give you a thorough grounding in the principles and practice of surveying. It offers the opportunity of an advanced entry route into our bachelor's degree programmes and application for membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The Foundation Degree is recognised by RICS for AssocRICS Membership. The surveying profession offers a wide range of career opportunities within real estate management, valuation, investment, quantity surveying, building surveying, and property/ land development. Why study this course? The Foundation Degree requires up to two and a half years of study. It is very competitively priced at £600 per module, and allows students to combine work with study. With the credits from your existing Foundation Degree counting towards our RICS accredited bachelor's degree, it means you can achieve the entire qualification for less than £17k - offering an accessible education and great value for money. It will provide you with a firm foundation for a rewarding career in the property and construction industries. It will appeal to those of you with limited academic qualifications who want an internationally recognised surveying degree.
