In 80 hours it is possible to acquire linguistic skills appropriate to the level being studied, including: grammatical structures, development of vocabulary, learning and improvement of pronunciation, conversation, comprehension, reading and writing. Access to the course is foreseen via a free entry test in order to evaluate the student’s initial level of knowledge and to consequently form classes composed of students of the same level. Lessons are held every day, from Monday to Friday, and constitute a total number of 20 hours per week. A progress test will be given halfway through the course followed by a final test at the end, for which a language level certificate will be issued. Students will be provided with a study kit composed of the material required for the course and an AbbeyCard, which allows the holder to benefit from a range of discounts in any of the numerous participating shops, restaurants and museums.
