The EFL Department welcomes students from all over the world who want to improve and develop their English Language Skills. Students can improve their general and academic English and take an internationally recognised exam from beginners to advanced level. They can start a course every Monday and enrol on a course from 6 weeks to 42 weeks. Our full time EFL courses are based at Southgate Campus ; facilities include a sports hall and fully equipped multi-gym, a learning resource centre, library and canteen. Our part time EFL courses are based at Wood Street and Southgate Campus ; facilities include a sports hall and fully equipped multi-gym, learning resource centres, libraries and canteens. Southgate Campus is ideally located with excellent transport links (Piccadilly Line Zone 4) and is just a short underground journey away from lively central London where you can experience the real culture of Great Britain. The College truly reflects the city’s multiculturalism and we are justifiably proud of our diversity. There is a fantastic social programme which includes visits to museums, theatres, other landmarks and places of interest. The EFL department is accredited by the British Council and is a Cambridge English Exam Centre. From September 2016 it will also be possible to take the IELTS exam at the College.
